Slope Rebels was set up by a select group of members who are passionate about radio control soaring. Sloping makes up the largest part of our flying, along with flat field and electric flight and we are based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. All the places we fly are public, and we have no field to rent and therefore there is no fee for joining the Slope Rebels. Membership is based on mutual respect and a shared passion for flying.
We encourage fliers with similar views to share their experiences and love of anything that flies.

Red Bull Jarts: South West Slipper Face

Over the last few months we have been involved with building Jarts. The Jart concept originates from the original designer Reed, and his website can be found here: www.jartworld.com The South African Jart blog http://www.sa-jarts.blogspot.com has been of tremendous help and we have thoroughly enjoyed the process!

Besides the process of building Jarts, we have ended up with a fantastic aerobatic plane with unbelievable performance! Well worth the effort and lots of fun!

Hopefully the Quality of the footage is slightly better than the post on the SA Jart Blog.
